HDMI 2.0 to DisplayPort 1.2

I've seen hundreds if not thousands of people requesting this type of adaptor as far back as two years ago.  Why does this still not exist???

 

I have an Acer B326HK ymjdpphz which has HDMI but only 1.4 and so only supports 4K@60Hz through the DisplayPort.

 

It's fine to connect to my GTX 970 in my desktop but I want to connect to my Xbox One X and get full 60Hz...

Still doesn't exist. Can't guess as to why though.
