Bootable usb for other computer doesn't ask serial key

I used this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

for making a bootable usb to install windows on a other laptop from another guy(the hdd was broken and it was replaced for an SSD by a pc shop)

When I boot from the usb and i'l install windows, it doesn't ask a serial numer/key(I canceled installation). I would like to use the serial number on the back of the laptop.

(I think it uses now the license of my own laptop)

Sorry for bad english...

It doesn't. Windows 10 keys are linked to a persons MS account, or the UEFI SLIC table. If the laptop came with Windows 10, it automatically activates the key during install without any user intervention.

So the key from the laptop of that guy is used automaticly and not my key(who's maybe in the usb)?

The ISO contains no keys. The install doesn't ask for a key if an OEM key is present in the UEFI.

Your key will not be on the USB unless you generated the iso using the Microsoft deployment toolkit. If you used the Media Creation Tool (the link you posted), then it's using the key from the machines UEFI/bios.

Some OEMs may still put stickers on the back, they tend to look like this:

ps12687629-oem_french_language_microsoft

It depends on what license the OEM contracted with MS. Note, thats a generic image off of google, key isn't actually usable.
