Sleeving suggestions

I've never sleeved wires before and kinda wish I ordered this with the optional sleeving. Though, they were charging +5 dollars for the service. I didn't bother with the option because the price seemed meh and also because I thought the wires were going to be all merged together like || and not split into 4 thin wires.

These are 2 3mm LEDs with really thin wire. For those who sleeved before, can I slip some sleeving over the LEDS and wire without having to cut anything? The wire is thin and the LEDs are only 3mm, should be small enough to be able to slip sleeving over as is, right?

 

Edit: I whipped out an old 140mm 3pin fan that is unsleeved and the wire thickness is identical. Hopefully that helps with suggestions on what size sleeving I need for this.
