Steam Games Wont launch at all

Hey so this has been happening for a while now, it started with 1 game Vanquish, but not it has spread to other games, i usually dont care since most of them are single player games ive completed on my laptop etc, but now,  5 games totally unrelated to eachoders refuse to launch at all, like it just says, starting, and doesnt open anything and then it stops as ive never started playing the game, it only records 1 minute of gametime and nothing else, but the game doesnt even open not even  flashes the screen it doesnt even start,
ive tried the following, installing it again, installing on a diferent hard drive, installing steam again, instaling steam on diferent hard drives (i have 3), the usual, drivers direct x firewall and other troubleshooting standards

as ive stated, the games are totally unrelated to others, and it seems to happen at random it doesnt care for the game

                PSU: SilverStone Strider Gold Evolution 1200w , CASE: HAF 932  HDDs:240gb EX900 HP NVME 6TB (2x3 Seagate Barracuda)
                COOLING: ThermalTake Contac Silent 12
Laptop:MSI GL62 7RD  CPU: Core i5 7300HQ, RAM: 16GB 2400mhz, :GPU GTX 1050 2GB: HDDs: 256gb adata NVME + 1TB HDD
 

love all brands, will go for whats cheaper for my needs
