Netflix Stuttering

So apparently inside the new WHQL AMD Radeon 11.17.1 Drivers on (at least) the R9 380, Netflix in web browsers and the Windows 10 app have a stutter issue. Every second or so the picture will almost pause and cursor movement will lag.

I've seen where this happens with other cards and was wondering if anyone else has run into this. 

 

Ideally I could just roll back to the 17.7.6 Drivers where it worked great, since updating though World of Warships seems more stable and I'm not sure if that is because I reinstalled the game or not but I don't want to find out.

I experience the same issue. Did not know it was related to the R9 380 since I have a friend who experienced the same with a different GPU (and he reinstalled Windows to fix it - it helped). Happened to me after a Windows reinstall after the Fall update. My fix was (and still is) - Netflix on my TV or the laptop.

Thats what I'm doing till AMD patches it.
