Windows 10 Notifications causing FPS drops

I don't want to turn them off because I have useful things like when someone starts livestreaming on twitch, when malwarebytes picks something up etc.. but when I'm playing overwatch and one of these popup i feel like my game cuts to 30 fps (from 144) for a few seconds. Is there any fix to this without disabling them? Thanks.

If what @WereCat said doesn't fix it, you can simply turn off notifications using the "quiet hours" feature when you start up a game. Right click the notification/Action Centre icon on the taskbar and select "turn quiet hours on". When you're done, right click it again and turn it back off.

As long as quiet hours are on, you still receive notifications, Windows just doesn't give you the toast or anything. IT shouldn't have any performance impact then. When you turn quiet hours back off it'll display all received notifications at once, so you won't miss anything.
