Help!

I recently bought a 20 pin internal USB 3.0 header to dual USB 3.0 plugs so that I could use the front USB 3 ports on my 800D.

Whenever I plug my Corsair Flash Survivor Stealth 32GB drive my computer doesn't detect it. The first time I tried It said that it could not find the drivers, and I got a BSOD when trying to write a file to it.

Now it doesn't even try to download the driver, but it shows up under my drives as an SCSI drive with no capacity.

I am using a Sabertooth P67

Are there some USB 3.0 drivers I need to manually install? A BIOS update maybe?

Defective USB 3.0 internal cable?

The Corsair drive works fine in USB 2.0

:(

Thanks!

Download the drivers from Asus or Intel. It can also be a incompatability with the USB cable and your motherboard.

I downloaded and installed the latest USB3 drivers from the Asus Sabertooth P67 page.

Now when I plug the USB drive in it randomly connects and disconnects every couple seconds :\

When I tried to transfer some files to it the LED on the drive started blinking and the file transfer froze. I stopped all the programs running in the task manager before I got a BSOD again.

The problem is definitely not the Corsair drive because it works on USB2, and it worked on USB3 on another computer

I think I might just upgrade my entire motherboard soon because mine is getting old already, and I keep getting a bunch of incorrect voltage and temperature readings from AI Suite anyways.

If anyone else has any ideas to fix this please let me know. Thanks!
