without knowing what you're going to be doing with it it's hard to say. For gaming, meh - would go for the newer 8400 for the higher clockspeeds and core count, the extra price would be well worth it IMO and better than having to upgrade again in a year or 2. You'd just have to get a z370 or wait for the lower end boards to come out. If you don't want to wait then go for a ryzen 1600 build.

Ryzen 1600 build, can be adjusted a fair bit too if you'd sacrifice case/PSU - but think that's a fair mix.

Any reason you got all the parts in Germany surely that would cost a lot to ship to ireland

I still don't see why you would use german sites for parts as many countries use the euro such as france,italy,spain,greece,belgium,malta and many more but yet you did not make part lists for any of these countries so thanks for your help
