Noctua or something else?

So.
I want my system to be completely INAUDIBLE.
What I need is a 120mm fan for a psu, a 140mm fan for a topflow-cooler (axp-200), and something big for MASSIVE airflow (exhaust on the top of the case).

I think this would be nice for the heatsink as it has rubber isolators and is completely overdesigned :D

Is there a specific fan that does not make as much sound (turbulences) when blowing through holes in metal? i would consider removing any metal (and sacrefice optics) to eliminate those turbulences.

                                                                                      wow... pretty empty here...

Just use spacers to separate the fan away from the mesh a bit to prevent turbulence.

Noctuas would be good. More isn't always better though. If your system doesn't generate much heat, you could probably do with 1 front intake and 1 rear exhaust. Less fans = less noise.

What case are you using?

Paint them black. :)

..and see every noctua designer cry :D

Noiseblocker ELoops are the most silent fan on the market by far. But only come in a 120mm flavor. Noiseblocker do also have a BlackSilentPro range of fans that come in 120mm and 140mm varieties and while aren't as quiet as an ELoop are still just as good as any Noctua on the market right now

so I should take the blacksilentpro 140 for the heatsink and eloop for psu? eloop in the top too? or everything eloop exept for noctua on heatsink?

You are always going to have some level of noise with any system. Whether it be from the fans or the electronic components that are sometimes known to make clicking or whining noises. I own a Noctua NH-U12P SE2 and it has done me well for 4 years keeping my CPU cold and its moderately quite in my opinion.

Check out BlackNoise NB-BlackSilent Pro series of fans, I hear they are very quite as the name suggests.

Accidentally pooped my pants in the elevator.

I'm taking this shit to a whole new level.

I am using a mItx case that does not have any intakes(i've put the psu in the dront thats why). i have to use negative airpressure

i've unplugged my psu and cpu fan to listen to the gpu and i can't hear it from 30cm away. i also use a ssd so the hdd does not rattle alot.

thank you for your answer

I think i would dremel away the top and put mesh there instead. and in the mesh i could make 2 14cm holes for exhaust

Can't you just tell us what case you're using?

Ahh, just replacing the case fans with Noctuas should do the job.
