Can anyone recommend a good 27-inch gaming monitor or 4k monitor for under US$200 (£150)

Wrong forum bro. This forum is really bad on the Display side since no one cares about it. Check the numbers, 72 ppl viewed your post but no one wanted to help you. It's all about CPU/GPU here. Try here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Monitors/ You'll prob get more help there than here.
