Is $90 too much for a used R7 260x?

SecretX

Title. My friend is changing his GPU and asked me if I want to buy his old GPU, a R7 260x. I'm from Brazil so prices are a bit weird here nowadays, GTX 1030 is about $100 and GTX 1050 is about $160.

An R7 260X is better than a GT 1030.

The GTX 1050 out performs the R7 260x http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1050-vs-AMD-R7-260X/3650vs3151   but its hard to say if its worth it. You also will be getting newdrivers, and shadowplay with the 1050. Honestly If you could afford it I would go with a 1050 Ti

Yeah, but that would be just a temporary build till I can buy better stuff. I have an i5 2300 with no GPU so my plan is to buy a cheaper GPU till I can afford a entire new system build (*maybe even a i5 coffee lake or Ryzen*).
