Finding CPU information

I'm doing a presentation about the following CPUs for a Computer Architecture subject on college, but I didn't find some specific info, beyond intel ark stuff, like datapath, instruction set etc... Where can I find more stuff?

  • Intel Core Duo and Core 2 Duo

  • AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400 Dual Core

  • AMD Phenom  

  • Intel Pentium D and QuadCore

CPU-World, Wikipedia (when looking for the Microarchitecture behind them, like AMD K8, K10 etc.)
