Destiny 2 Crashing

I have been having this issue for a bit.  I have a 1060 6GB and I was running an OC with NZXT's Cam software.  

 

Destiny 2 is the only game that has shown any issues whatsoever.  The OC had been rock-solid-stable for over a year.  

 

After about 10 minutes in game, Destiny 2 would just crash and close.  Nothing else would be effected.  After a good bit of hardware and software troubleshooting (I had JUST installed a new M.2 the day it first happened), I discovered that if Cam is open, Destiny 2 will crash, and if it is closed, it will not crash.  I have read at least one report of similar behavior with MSI Afterburner.  I do not have any explanation for it, but if you're experiencing crashes in Destiny 2, this may be the fix.
