Which one is the better build ?

Hello.I'm looking for a new build and i can't choose between i5 8400 and R5 1600.Wanna play games at least at 60 FPS.There are the too builds:

The 8th gen intel i5 is slightly better but i dont think the "slight" difference is worth the price. I think the ryzen build will be perfect and will cost less. Also try getting an SSD for the money you saved.

What will be the difference in FPS, maybe 5-10?

yeah about that, you wont really see much of a difference.

Drop the PSU for a CX(2017) version. Cheaper and far better than the 2015 version

Do you think that the R5 1600 is more future proofing, due to its 12 threads?Will it improve in the next years?Because i want future proofing.
