I need a mid range graphics card and am looking for some advice

I have a ryzen 3 1200

8 gigs of ram 

and am looking for a graphics card that can game at 1080p at 80-90 fps on most games

And I have around 230 Canadian to spend

R9 290x with a decent cooler all the way, if you are in Ottawa there is a ti-x OC for 200
