I have a gtx 1060 i7 7700k 16gb ddr4 ram and when i play games such as gta v and fallout 4 i get 50 fps,

when i play league of legends i get around 140 and on cs:go 180 and sometimes it spikes to 0 for a split second.

I bought this setup to become a streamer, but whenever i stream, it is actually unplayable with fps at around 80 fps (i have a 144hz monitor)

Why is my hardware underperforming? i spent like 1.3k.

I would have went with a 1070 but I would hardly consider 180 fps to be underperforming. What software are you sing for streaming?

What 1060 do you have? Also, low performance could do with some of your encoding settings in whatever broadcasting software you are using as well.

From your fps that you're getting in csgo; seems like you're using on-board graphics instead of you gpu. Check to see if you're using your gpu as the main connection or consider updating/reinstalling video card drivers.

I misread titles/posts way too often--correct me if I don't.
