You cant BCLK haswell/ivy (past 105), since its tied to other things unlike skylake where I have my 4.4ghz "i7" xeon :) 

 

Is so stupid intel has disabled it on kaby/coffee lake, its straight up just a software lock in the microcode.

I remember that happening with 100 series chip sets and 200 series chipsets. I thought BLCK is possible on haswell. Either that, or I have not been paying attention
