Even if you paid, it doesn't always translate to killer service. My old ISP was charging 52 a month for "Up to 6Mbps" and most of the time, I would average 2-4..and if heaven forbid there were clouds outside, I'd drop below dial-up speeds with ping in the quad digits. "High-Speed 4G!" my ass.
