5 displays from one computer

Poaz

Hello LTT community!

I'm currently creating a setup featuring 5 x 65" Curved 4K UHD TVs (Model: UE65KS7505U).

I'm not going to be going full resolution or anything,

My question is: How can i run five displays from a single computer??

RIG:

i7-6850k

32 gb ram

2 x 1080 TI 11gb

Thanks!

why not go full resolution?

you can google the specific cards you have, and see their maximum resolution and how many displays will run from each card and in what port configuration.

Just, connect them via DP... Each of them should have 3 DP's.

Connect 3 to the first one and 2 to the second one, arrange them correctly in the windows display manager thingy and off you go.

If you don't need to configure it as a surround setup or use SLI, what i suggested will work fine.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

A single GTX 1080ti has 2 display ports, 2 HDMI ports and 1 DVI port. You can run 3 monitors on the first card and 2 on the second. On the 1st card, you might have to connect the 1st two monitors via display port and the 3rd via HDMI or DVI, and on the second card, just utilize the 2 display ports.
