Pfsense Troubleshooting

Hello,

 

I have small Pfsense network appliance (SG-2220) and I am experiencing some weird issues with it. The box has been very stable, no hiccups so far. It actually has over 500 days of up-time, which I suspect may be the culprit, considering is hasn't been updated since then. I am attempting to install OpenVPN, so I can bring myself inside the network when needed. I am using the package manager through the web interface, nothing weird or custom. I will attach pictures of the error. I am on version 2.2.6, I see after some research that this is several versions old, and is likely to be the issue. I am asking to make sure I am not missing anything obvious, as this is a business network, and taking it offline for updates isn't an option until the weekend. Thanks in advance for any answers or suggestions!
