2 psus for 1 gpu

If you mean modular cables, no. This may actually kill your GPU / Power Supply
If you mean running two power supplies at the same time, yes, you can, but it's not ideal.

yes as long as they are both 6 pin pcie cords then yes gpu miners do it all the time

If you can afford a decent GPU, you can afford a decent PSU to power it. If you can't afford a decent PSU, you can't afford the GPU. Simple as that.

You can, but thats pretty ghetto. Where are you going to put the second psu anyway, there are not many desktop cases with 2 psu mounts around.

i dont heave budget to buy decent gpu and psu im going to buy hd 7870 for like 70 eur. this why im asking becouse i will heave better psu on xmas.And my pc is now xeon 5606 , 12 gb ecc ddr3 ,supermicro x8dtl , gt730 2 gb gddr5 and 300 gb hdd.
