Mobo need bios update?

Hi. Ryzen 3 1200 will work with msi b350m gaming pro right out the box right? Had a video show that its not.

It should work but you should still do a bios update to make sure you are on the latest drivers.

And don't forget the AMD chipset driver updates from the AMD website

I dont own any ryzen cpus. But if ryzen 3 1200 works on this mobo then i can update the bios. But if you say i can get it working and go online. Updating shouldnt be a problem right?

Yes you shouldn't have any problems with it but before you update the bios you should watch a video about bios updates for your MOBO should be easy to find one online if you don't know how to do it.

One more question tho. If it works without update. Then why update? Performance increase?

Performance increase, memory compatibility, etc.
