make sure windows is updated first.

msi afterburner to check gpu clocks

hwinfo to check everything else

unigine heaven on loop (run at for at least 15-20min to check for temps, or until temps stabilize)

run it with OCCT for CPU pushing

^ run these to check for temps

aida64 is nice too.

play some games on it because sometimes game will find things benches don't, make sure you run heavy demanding games so like Witcher 3 or any of the newer triple A games that can push the system.

use crystaldiskmark to check the drives to see if they run properly or damage

I was told to run some benchmarks and here are the results: https://imgur.com/a/ABueS

Care to help me figure out if there's anything wrong?

First off, I was wondering why it only has 4095mb in the graphics card part when they advertised it to be 6GB GDDR5. Maybe I'm missing something. Also if I'm not mistaken, I think my SSD's 256GB when I'm suppose to only have 128GB (not a problem though). By the way, still haven't ran any games yet.

Thanks for the help!

EDIT: People are pointing out that my FPS is too low due to Unigine running using the iGPU. Can anyone explain/help how to use the dGPU instead or is it normal since I'm running OCCT and Unigine simultaneously?

so what is your problem next to the crazy low fps

ask me about your system builds, AIO's, CPU's, PSU's, and GPU's.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

May you explain? Thanks! Should I be running it on the dGPU?

I thought it's because my sister ran both the OCCT and Unigine simultaneously.

yes, make sure you are plugged in, and i think it should automatically switch to the dGPU which would see you with MUCH better framerates

Should I run it with OCCT again or just the Unigine for now? Also how long?

In case I still get low framerates, should I opt for a replacement?

if you still get low framerate then you need to check if the NVIDIA driver is installed first. you can run OCCT at the same time or not, would help if you did the test the same but do one without it too if the framerate is still low
