laptop cheap gaming laptop

i was just wondering if someone coukd give me any advice on gaming laptops around the £750 mark this is what i have found so far .

 

max buget £800 or $1050

The best Budget gaming laptop I have found is the Acer hellos 300 

It about $1050 https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Predator-i7-7700HQ-1060-6GB-G3-571-77QK/dp/B06Y4GZS9C it only about 50 dollars more and way better laptop.

The medion has a gtx 1050 vs the hellos that has a gtx 1060 6gb for only 50 more go with the gtx 1060 6gb. with a gtx 1060 you can do 1080p on high to ultra with 60 plus depending on the game.

would the medion p6681 be okay for light gaming mincecraft terraria

My only problem with the medion is for 50 dollars more I can move up to a way better GPU and CPU I7 7700HQ vs I5 7200u. But yes you can run the games

the madlion has a i7 7500u which would have better power consumption i believe feel free to correct me of am wrong

your right when I was looking at the manufacturer site it lists the i5 7200u. In my experience, you don't ever get good battery life on any gaming targeted laptop the minute you try and play a game on the battery you go from 75% down to 50% in about 15 to 20 minutes.

I also notice the medion  only has 8gb of ram. that kind suck in 2017.

And much lower performance compared to HQ CPUs (about X2 difference in multicore performance which will bottleneck most games when paired with a decent dGPU)
