Never applied paste on an AIO before.

 

Is this enough ?

looks like too much in the pic. generally the grain of rice measurement is best practice. with that much on the cpu you could get some over coverage on the edges.

Much more than enough. Just apply it like you'd do with an air cooler.

I find more than a pea is better.  That only covers about 60% of the CPU.  I agree that he's using too much though.
