Quadro + GTX 1070. Will it work?

I apologize in advance if this question has already been answered. I know my search-fu is not the best in the world, but I am at wit's end here.

So having looked through similar posts that are now dead, and not having got any closer to my answer, I am posting this thread to see if anyone will answer my prayers.

Is it possible to get a Quadro and a GTX 1070 card to play nice together?

Many thanks,

NominalNumenorian

As a PhysX card yes, but to be honest dedicated PhysX cards are pointless these days.

I am looking more towards using the 1070 as a gaming-oriented card, and using the Quadro for everything else. Is this feasible, or do I need to look at building separate a separate machine for work and play?
