Windows Login issue?

Hello guys. I'm currently at work and I've got a problem with the login. For some reason Windows is only showing me login with a smartcard and there is no option for a password login. I cannot get into safe mode as all laptops have bitlocker. The laptop is a Dell Latitude E7450.

Call IT support. 

 

Thing is we don't know that your telling us the truth and besides that, helping users to bypass security is against the forum rules anyway.

I've worded it wrong. It was a user that called us. And I'm part of the IT support. LOL.
