LAPTOP RAM

Hi I'm just wondering if it's possible to find a 6gb ram cause My laptops pre-installed ram is 6gb which I can upgrade up to 12gb but the problem is I only have 1 expansion slot for the ram what should I do? is there some way I can expand my ram up to 12gb?

I think it's 4+2 so there's no expansion slot left
Just take out the 2GB RAM and add a 8GB

in the image it says 4gb but in my case it's 6gb that is not removable which is difficult for me to upgrade my ram
