Your system is saying that can't find an OS... and tells you to restart your PC and this time go to the boot menu and pick the drive or disk that has the OS (or OS setup), or to insert a bootable drive or OS setup disk, and boot from there.

P.S: It says REBOOT, not Root. :)

I assume you mean that there's an OS installed already. Check your BIOS boot settings to make sure your hard drive is the default or selected boot device.

The device it is looking for of course, is your hard drive or HDD, but, where is says "insert boot media in selected boot device" it is asking you to insert a bootable USB flash drive or a bootable CDRom then boot the machine from there.  So, either a USB or CD.

Good Luck.

Not sure what you mean by  "where"?  I don't have a Gigabyte mobo, I'm using an Asus TUF Sabertooth FX990 3.0 mobo so the BIOS looks different.  But if I conjecture here a little bit, all you would need to do is insert either the bootable USB or bootable CDRom then enter your bios and change the boot order to indicate which device you used.  Either the flash drive or the CD.

From looking close at the pic provide, I would guess that it is under the "system" heading but can't say for sure.

Here is my board.
