Internet Explorer Opens at Random

rcracer90

Every so often, IE (8,9, or 10) opens to my homepage. I use Chrome,  and I tried Malware Bytes, Adware Cleaner, and Microsoft Security Essentials, but could not find anything. Can someone explain what the pop ups indicate and how to fix it?

It does not happen when it starts up. I could be  watching a Youtube video or browse a forum and it would suddenly pop up (one page).

It Sounds like u have a piece of maleware in the system at boot. do a boot scan for maleware. I know of windows defender has a boot ISO to do scan. it should find it. there is another called Viper Boot ISO Scan too.

I have run into this problem with my daughter computer.
