Trying to find best twitch streaming settings

I get 30 Mbps upload speed and would like to stream at 1080p 60fps if not 720p is fine. What setting would you guys recommend. I use OBS. 

 

i7 6700k

GTX 1060 6GB

16GB DDR4 Ram
