NF A-14 PWM

I have a Hero VI Mobo and I was buying 3 A-14's for my case but an Amazon reviewer says that the only PWM controller is the CPU_FAN and that the CHA_FAN headers aren't PWM. He says that plugging them into the CHA_FAN headers will make the fans become unstable. Is this true? Should I buy non PWM A-14's?

You can get the 3 pin a14's also
