Need insight on Project "OM3GA"

To summarize this, I am going to get:

 

3 GTX Geforce 690's

2 GTX Geforce 1050 ti low profile cards

3 thunderbolt 3 PCI-E cards

1 server 10gbe sfp+ PCI-E card

 

9 cards total, and only one PCI-E x16 slot.

 

and one of the XEON CPU's that I looked up has 40 lanes (either that or it was a typo on the seller's part or Intel's part.)

 

Why?  Because I am going to run 5 operating systems on one machine.

And to be honest, I was curious if I have sufficient bandwidth for all 9 of my PCI-E devices?  Or do I need to to get a motherboard that has more than just one PCI-E x16 slot?

I'm not really good with this type of stuff, but I recall seeing miners running multiple GPUs off the same PCIe slot. They probably wont be running as fast as they can. Really interested in seeing the end results though :)  Be sure to post it in build logs

Alright, I will. :) (as soon as I have my initial budget of course.  $230/$1,000 goal.)
