Desk PCs?

Out of interest, how many people have a desk pc or want one? I was thinking of building one!

I may build a desk PC because I can't find a case that will fit an EEATX motherboard.

I Thought about a desk PC. but ended up not going for it.  Decent amount of work and money plus my computer was already in a case got the desk afterwards.

I went just with a  Butcher Block 1-1/2" Thick solid wood  and some legs and draws. its 8' long  meant for a kitchen countertop.

Similar to the ikea Desks everyone makes i even got the legs and draw from ikea.

 

My room is a 12x12 for my computer/gaming only and some storage stuff i have.

I love my desktop but would trade it for a good laptop any day i just cant justify spending that much money on one device for the speeds i want.  Some reason i just like using a laptop never could pin point why besides maybe the screen and everything being close or the portability.
