Using borderless gaming is a workaround

Just start it up, start up the game, click on the game in the borderless gaming window, press the arrow pointing right and it should auto-"fullscreen" it every time if you have borderless gaming running

Long live Stalin, he loves you; sing these words, or you know what he’ll do!

Hey, i got a problem when i launch the game it always starts windowed and i need to switch to full screen. Anyone know how to fix it?

I used to have the same problem in Overwatch and what helped me there:
open settings.ini - edit - Change FullscreenWindow = "1" to FullscreenWindow = "0"
Maybe you can try it here?

Yeah its bad,found a fix?

For FPS drops I switched GPU to performance mode in Nvidia settings. Seems that WW2 is still quite unevenly optimized. For 1080Ti @ 4K in my case. Large fire effects drag the FPS down to 30(i have V-Sync enabled). Otherwise it`s quite stable and solid 60fps. Deem... some of those cinematics feel really realistic.

Opening in window does not bother me much, because Ctrl+Enter work for me every time(if i remember to close Teamviewer).
