I have an odd request, not sure how to phrase it. Not so much a techno use issue so much as a power issue.
I have a set of powered clothing I used for my job, all (vest, gloves, hat) fed by USB 5v making battery packs cheap but Not strong. I love the gear as its an affordable way to keep the cold from sinking in after 8 hours in -20c.  (alternative offerings from dewalt are passing the 800 dollar mark, and their batteries dont last that much longer from what I've seen).

It EATS battery packs for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a late night snack if im doing overtime. These packs last anywhere from 3-6 months until the charge in them becomes so useless Its time to move on.
So what I'm asking for is a round up of all battery packs; their ports, power outputs, lifespan under full load, and cycles before charge depletion.

Also, a "pc in a suitcase" build would be cool to see for us work camp guys ;) (right now im running a microatx with projector)

Anker PowerCore 20000:

  • 20,000mAh
  • 2x Usb ports
  • Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0
  • LED battery indicator

*there is another version, Anker PowerCore Speed 20,000mAh where it includes Power IQ (some anker technology that claims to identify devices to give better charge)
