First off I want to say I really like the CFG70, but for their customer service and repair stuff not so much. UPS also has been less than helpful too.

Just a light rant... If this doesn't go here I apologise

Beyond frustrated with both Samsung US and UPS, I had to send off my <6month old monitor in for repairs last week, It ended up being shipped Next day air (NDA).
They receive it Friday, fix it Monday; Me thinking, Great it's fixed it will get shipped today and I'll have it Tuesday since it was shipped NDA. Apparently not...
I have been told numerous times that is was tendered to UPS Monday at 12pm. Well to my surprise when I got to try and track it, all it tells me is that the label has been created and nothing else.
Called UPS and Samsung yesterday to find out why the tracking had not been updated, I go back and forth with both of them saying all either side sees is that the label is created.
Then Samsung telling me again and again it was shipped Monday, it was shipped Monday! I finally talk to a UPS manager this evening and she tells me that the shipping info says it will be delivered by end of day tonight. I am thinking great! but also curious where she magically pulled this information from, as I stare longingly at my tracking number that hasn't changed
in 2 days. I give it a couple hours and look at around 9:15 this evening and I see finally a scan appeared! And it says Origin scan at 8:57pm this evening! Where has it been sitting for 2 days??? And then it is coming back to me ground shipping?? Why wouldn't it come back NDA when that's how it was sent!
They told me it was fixed and sent to UPS lunchtime Monday! So, I call UPS back and talk to another manager who informs me that there is no way it could have been delivered
Monday to UPS as the first scan only appeared this evening. Now, I am even more so confused and still don't have my monitor and I have nothing to show for the irritation that this has caused me for a sub 6 month old monitor and customer service individuals who only tell you what you want to hear...
Really considering never buying from Samsung again if this is a trend that will happen with their equipment.

Rant over....

I have been buying Samsung phones since the Galaxy S2 I think, I don't think going forward I will buy one again just because of this experience...
I hope someone finds this useful or at least entertaining to some degree...

The Samsung Monitor is on the right.

Because that's not how it normally works. I think it's shitty practice, but I would've first asked them what shipping method they would ship back with instead of assuming they would do the same as you.

Yeah, was silly of me to think they'd ship it back NDA, but I also learned that they don't normally ship to them NDA, and one rep even said he didn't know how I got NDA to them in the first place which also adds to the somewhat confusing story.
