R9 290 cards?

So I just sold my 7950 for a good price and in the process deciding what R9 290 card to get, but I thought they were 399 MSRP (nvm newegg just has them high amazon is at 399) but when are the after market coolers coming out? I thought it was going to be late November. ( I remember linus saying he would be getting them 6 weeks after or something like that.)

Not trying to start an argument, but seriously, Google being a search tool giant has a time frame feature. If you want it to show any links within the past week, just select it. Or within the past 24 hours/custom date range.
