RSAT Windows 10 issues

I'm having issues with AD Tools. I've made sure that "advanced features" is selected. The additional Tabs are missing when I right click on a computer. There is on General tab, member of tab, OS tab. :( I've uninstalled the feature and installed it again.

Yeah. Everything. DNS, IIS Manager.
