Just too another USB. For example... I have usb a and I'm downloading a file called example.txt, I want USB b to automatically download example.txt when I download it on USB a.

You could use dropbox or any cloud storage to keep files synced between PC's.

What you are asking for doesn't exist at least as far as I know.
Another option could be using a little NAS and opening ports if you need access from it everywhere.
