Need Help

hello everyone,
 

I recently bought a combo to replace my 8 year old pc.

The specs are:

Mobo- Asrock H61m-vs R2.0
CPU- i3 2100
RAM- Transcend 4gb ddr3

I had windows 10 on my hard drive so I didn't need to reinstall it because it was not an OEM mobo.
Everything was working fine except the audio drivers.
It only shows the Nvidia HDMI output from my graphics card and by device manager it says the normal driver is there (see pics)

 

I checked on those driver programs and they say that the driver is unplugged

I tried installing realtek but that also didn't work

Honestly I'd suggest reinstalling windows as it might've screwed up. Windows is stupid sometimes.

i was actually thinking of doing that but i'll only have money again in 2 weeks so i'll buy an ssd

Well, reinstalling doesn't cost anything, but if you can wait the 2 weeks, you'll save some hassle

2.Right click on blank space on the playback devices and click show disabled devices (your realtek could be disabled and because windows is stupid they wont show it until u did that )

i already clicked on show disabled devices but nothing comes up
