Can't install graphics driver

so i have a very old laptop its a dell inspiron 6000

specs:

Intel Pentium M @1.73Ghz

2GB ram 

Ati Mobilltiy 3000

Windows 7 32bit

when i was in the middle of installing the graphics driver an error came like this, idk what it mean and idk how to fix it so i can use the graphics

Have you downloaded the driver from the AMD website?
