What's the clearance? Those fans you linked are box-standard 25mm fans. So not really "slim".

15 mm probably. 10mm is optimal

Those are the same on their VGA coolers, wasn't really impressed by those. And there are still these btw:

he said under 15mm thick, those are 15mm thick, maybe they are ok and he meant max 15mm thick?

I Bought one to replace a slim prolimotech fan I had that was going bad, it works quite well as an air intake fan although you might want the prolimotech fan if static pressure is what you desire https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA85V6DP5026&cm_re=prolimotech-_-9SIA85V6DP5026-_-Product

 

alternatively you could get a slimmer rad AIO instead and buy a better 25mm thick fan
