I'm confused by looking at your "used pc part list."  Where are you getting these prices and where is he supposed to buy these things?  Even a used 

E3-1230V2 on ebay runs at least $100.  There seems to be a lot of "craigslist gem" pricing going on with little guarantee of part availability at those prices.
