Moving file problem but playback is fine.

So i got this strange problem that i can playback a .mp4 file without a problem but when i try to copy it to a difrent drive or try to encode it in vlc, handbarke of vegas it crashed or bugs at the same problem.

How to recover file or fix it ?

Knowing what the original file was before any copying or changing might be a little help.  Since the file name above says it is .mp4 was it just music?  What was the source of the file, was it downloaded via the internet, copied from a CD?  Just trying to understand was it was originally.  Could it be copied again from the original source?  What was the original file size before anything was done to it?

The file was created an stored on the drive forever its an .mp4 gameplay recording all other 250 files moved without a problem recorded with obs 1080p 60fps
