144hz is usless ,because you need to use 120hz with lightboost anyway to get the real experience. So if the benq is cheaper get that, they all use TN panels anyway so the colors are similar. Also check out blurrbusters website for more info.

I would go with the Benq XL2420TE. It's cheaper than the ASUS right now and apparently has better color. 

Make sure you get more (significantly more) than 60 fps in the games you play, otherwise it's not worth it.
