How do I clean install windows for selling my PC?

I'm getting my PC ready for sale but I'm unsure how to go about clean installing windows on it.

 

I have the windows 8.1 disk that I bought when I built my PC but my PC is now running windows 10 and doesn't have a disk drive... Can someone please help me, what do I need to do?

Now that you have upgraded to Win10 you don't need to install from 8.1.

You can just install Win10 from a DVD or USB stick.

If you do install Windows it will wipe that partition.
