So, I recently got a new i5-7500 processor and Z170 motherboard to upgrade my old FX system, but I have noticed something very odd with my GTX 1060 6GB card after I did so. According to Afterburner, I am only utilizing maybe 60% of my GPU at all times, regardless of what game I play. For example, in BF1 I am only getting 45-50 fps at any given time at 1080p (with bad stuttering), and in Rainbow Six Siege only about 60fps and 60% usage at 1080p as well. I don't have a G-sync monitor, so G-Sync is turned off, and I have no idea why my GPU is acting so weirdly.

Can someone help me figure out whats going on? Any help is appreciated.

It's probably a GPU driver issue. Uninstall drivers with DDU and reinstall them.
