ok I am looking to build a rig that allows me to stream on max stats in games like ARK. I also want it to be able to edit videos for YouTube as well. So I am looking for help in what I will need component wise. I also dont want to spend 5k on a computer either. am i asking to much?

2.5k for a computer can get you 4k ultra (most of the time)

That psu is overkill and wouldn't spent that much on a case. But for the rest it's a good deal.

No you cannot, you shouldn't do one 1080ti, but two 1080's (overclocked)

Whoops meant to get a 750w one, but the case is only $80 and in a $2k build, I think it's plenty justified

I want the ability to stream 4k. ARK is the biggest game i do but not the only.

I don't recommend you to stream 4k but 1080p would be enough cause you might need Threadripper which might price up to $4k and you might lose some performance in games. Also you need a god damn good internet to stream at 4k and today's streamers are sticking with 1080p/720p

PSU is good for two GTX 1080 / 1080 Ti gpu. SeaSonic - FOCUS Plus Platinum 650W would be ok for single gpu system.

 

Spend more on a case. Like psu, case can last through many builds. Also, quality cases are easier to build in.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
