It looks good, do you intend on overclocking, or going crossfire in the future?

Get a case with front USB 3.0 and you might want to consider a different 280x since the MSI one has very hot VRMs.

Would the windforce one be okay?

It is pretty loud and may be voltage locked (some people say it is others say it isn't) the ASUS DCU II Top is pretty much the safest route to go right now.

i dont plan on overclocking so i think it would be fine.

This is considered spamming, you should keep all your topics in one if they're about the same thing and use the "Edit" function.

There are 10 types of people in this world, those who understand binary, and those who don't.

The 990XA UD3 boards from Gigabyte lacks the proper VRM cooling for the FX 8320, which result in thermal throttling once you overclock the 8320.
Instead get an Asus M5A97 R2.0, Asus M5A99X R2.0 or a Gigabyte 990FX UD3.
Don't go lower than the M5A97 R2.0 or you'll have problems overclocking the 8320.

It's not loud at all. Just set a custom fan curve.

i dont plan on overclocking so i think it would be fine.

You should be oc'ing. It's a good chunk of more performance.
